  1. Go to the 'Orders' section in your account to find the disputed transaction.
  2. Hit the 'Open Dispute' button and choose the appropriate reason from the options available.
  3. Elaborate on the problem and include any supporting documentation to help clarify the situation.
  4. Complete and submit the dispute report, then wait for a moderator to be appointed to your issue.

Dispute Resolution Process

After a dispute is initiated, a moderator will assess the information and documentation submitted by both the buyer and seller. They may request further clarification or details through private messages. The final ruling will be based on the policies of Archetyp Market and the specifics of the dispute.

Appeal Process

If either the buyer or vendor disagrees with the moderator’s decision, they can file an appeal within 48 hours. This appeal will bring the matter to a senior moderator who will review all evidence anew and issue a final, binding verdict.
